As an Account Administrator, Carla’s dedication ensures the highest level of service for our clients.  She is a results-oriented individual with solid experience in benefits administration, eligibility, and implementation of employee benefits.  She is highly effective working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with various levels of personnel. Carla is excellent in managing projects for our clients and keeping current with resources that allow her to execute tasks promptly. Additionally, as a part of the account management team, she is responsible for the carrier implementations process, open enrollment materials, and quarterly documentation to assist in the coordination of our client presentations. Her past experience (ABM Insurance & Benefits Services) in group benefits administration and experience in Human Resources at Alios Medical Staffing has brought Ardent an additional resource to team members and our clients.
