Account Manager

As an Account Administrator, Ella acts as a focal point for managing relationships with clients and their employees to resolve benefit-related concerns. Ella also assists in keeping HR teams and leadership personnel up to date on the latest compliance topics, marketing trends, and benefit technology programs. Before Ardent Solutions, Ella was a Director of Administration and focused on the Accounting and Human Resource aspects of a business. This knowledge allows Ella to interact well with clients and understand the clients perspective when servicing them. Ella graduated Magna Cum Laude from Collin College with an Associates in Legal Studies and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. She currently resides in Aubrey with her husband and daughter.
